The Shadle Park Highlanders baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Rogers Pirates to 1 in the Highlanders league victory on Wednesday.
The Highlanders (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Pullman (Pullman, WA). The Greyhounds go into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Pullman gained a win over East Valley (Spokane, WA), 12-0, in a league match.
The Pirates (0-8) will now prepare for their match against Clarkston (Clarkston, WA). The Bantams go into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, Clarkston gained a win over Kellogg (Kellogg, ID), 10-0, in a non-league match.
