Indiana High School Baseball - Shawe Memorial loses to Southwestern

April 12, 2023: Madison, IN 47250

The Southwestern Rebels crushed the host Shawe Memorial Hilltoppers baseball team by a count of 16-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Rebels now possess a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Henryville for a non-league bout on Friday, April 14. Southwestern will face a Hornets team coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Scottsburg (Scottsburg, IN). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.

Next, the Hilltoppers face the Switzerland County Pacers (Vevay, IN) in a Ohio River Valley bout, on Friday, April 14. Shawe Memorial will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Pacers enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 9-4 league win over Milan (Milan, IN).
