Corinth Holders Pirates (Wendell, NC) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pirates confront the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 14. Corinth Holders will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Millbrook (Raleigh, NC).
The Rams now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host South Johnston for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 13. Cleveland will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Triton (Erwin, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-1.
