The Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders lacrosse team scored 19 points and limited the host Sanderson Spartans to 0 in the Crusaders league triumph on Wednesday.
The Crusaders (11-1) will now prepare for their test against Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC). The Pride come into the CAP 6 test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Leesville Road thwarted Enloe (Raleigh, NC), 24-7, in a league test.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) in a CAP 6 test, on Friday, April 14. Sanderson will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Capitals come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 18-9 non-league loss to Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC).
