Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) and the host Madison Blue Streaks (Madison, OH), witnessed Chardon's softball squad prevail over Madison by a count of 19-1.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to South for a match on Friday, April 14.

With the loss, Madison moves to 0-2 on the season. The Blue streaks travel to Canfield (Canfield, OH) to meet the Cardinals in a non-league match on Monday, May 8. The Cardinals go into the match with a record of 2-1.
