The Apponequet Regional Lakers lacrosse team scored 21 points and held the visiting Greater New Bedford RVT Bears to 6 in the Lakers league win on Wednesday.
The Lakers (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA). The Bulldogs go into the South Coast game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Old Rochester Regional prevailed over Seekonk (Seekonk, MA), 12-4, in a league game.
The Bears (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Dighton-Rehoboth Regional (North Dighton, MA). The Falcons go into the South Coast game with a 2-1 record.
