In Wednesday's league battle, the host King & Queen Central Royal Tigers soccer squad scored a close 7-2 triumph over the Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines.
The Royal Tigers now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Arcadia for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 19. King & Queen Central will meet a Firebirds squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Westmoreland (Montross, VA). The Firebirds record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Carver College and Career Academy drops to 0-5 on the season. The Wolverines host King William (King William, VA) to meet the Cavaliers in a Tidewater test on Monday, April 17. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 2-3. King William lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Westmoreland (Montross, VA)
