Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Auburn Tigers (Auburn, AL), 17-5 in a league test.

Coming up next, the Red Devils clash with the Wetumpka Indians (Wetumpka, AL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 17. Central will attempt to improve on its 27-5 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 39-2 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Tallassee (Tallassee, AL).

The Tigers (21-7) will now prepare for their test against Beauregard (Opelika, AL). The Hornets come into the non-league test with a 14-15 record.
