The Deer Lakes Lancers softball team (Russellton, PA), was routed 4-0 in Wednesday's non-league test with the visiting Avonworth Antelopes (Pittsburgh, PA)

Coming up next, the Antelopes clash with the Burrell Bucs (Lower Burrell, PA) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 14. Avonworth will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Bucs come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Freeport (Freeport, PA).

The Lancers (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Valley (New Kensington, PA). The Vikings come into the WPIAL 3A 1 test with a 0-1 record.
