In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL) softball team overwhelmed the host Fayette County Tigers (Fayette, AL), by a margin of 14-1.
With the triumph, Carbon Hill moves its record to 21-7 on the year. The Bulldogs host Colbert Heights (Tuscumbia, AL) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Area 12 contest on Thursday, April 13.
