Classical Academy Caimans (Escondido, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Guajome Park Academy Frogs (Vista, CA), 17-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Caimans now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Escondido Charter for a Coastal challenge on Thursday, April 13. Classical Academy will face a White Tigers squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA). The White Tigers record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Guajome Park Academy falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Frogs host Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA) to face the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Victory Christian Academy lost 23-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Liberty Charter (Lemon Grove, CA)
