The East Forsyth Eagles routed the host Parkland Mustangs softball squad by a final score of 17-0 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Eagles (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Spartans go into the Central Piedmont 4A battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, Mount Tabor notched a victory over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC), 8-6, in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now possess a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to R.J. Reynolds for a Central Piedmont 4A battle on Thursday, April 13. Parkland will meet a Demons squad coming off a 17-0 league loss to Davie (Mocksville, NC). The Demons record now stands at 0-14.
