Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Indians now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Halifax for a Tri-Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 19.

With the loss, Halifax falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Williams Valley (Tower City, PA) to face the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 14. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 4-4. Williams Valley won 17-2 in their recent league challenge against Panther Valley (Lansford, PA)
