Morgan Raiders (McConnelsville, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH), 10-2 in a league challenge.

The Raiders now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Maysville for a Muskingum Valley challenge on Thursday, April 13. Morgan will face a Panthers squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Philo falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Electrics travel to Crooksville (Crooksville, OH) to face the Ceramics in a Muskingum Valley challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Ceramics enter the challenge with a record of 3-5. Crooksville won 14-3 in their recent league challenge against River View (Warsaw, OH)
