The Brookhaven Panthers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Natchez Bulldogs to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers (14-8) will now prepare for their match against Clinton (Clinton, MS). The Arrows go into the non-league match with a 11-14 record. In their last match, Clinton was overwhelmed by Madison Central (Madison, MS), 13-7, in a league match.
The Bulldogs (16-16) will now prepare for their match against North Pike (Summit, MS). The Jaguars go into the 5A Region 3 match with a 11-13 record.
