The Cannon Falls Bombers baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Grand Meadow/Kingsland/LeRoy-Ostrander Superlarks to 2 in the Bombers non-league victory on Friday.
The Bombers (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Plainview-Elgin-Millville (Elgin, MN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Plainview-Elgin-Millville was overwhelmed by Cotter (Winona, MN), 4-3, in a league match.
The Superlarks (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN). The Awesome Blossoms go into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Blooming Prairie gained a win over Maple River (Mapleton, MN), 13-11, in a league match.
