The Cordova Blue Devils baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Curry Yellowjackets to 6 in the Blue Devils league victory on Friday.
The Blue Devils (6-15) will now prepare for their match against John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL). The Cavaliers go into the non-league match with a 17-11 record. In their last match, John Carroll Catholic gained a win over Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL), 12-0, in a league match.
The Yellowjackets (11-15) will now prepare for their match against Winston County (Double Springs, AL). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league match with a 12-10 record.
