The Hardin Hornets baseball team scored 19 runs and limited the host East Chambers Buccaneers to 7 in the Hornets league victory on Friday.
The Hornets (9-10) will now prepare for their match against Orangefield (Orangefield, TX). The Bobcats go into the 3A Region III District 22 match with a 14-8 record.
The Buccaneers (4-14) will now prepare for their match against Kountze (Kountze, TX). The Lions go into the 3A Region III District 22 match with a 17-8 record. In their last match, Kountze ran past Anahuac (Anahuac, TX), 6-3, in a league match.
