With the win, Gainesville improves its record to 11-12 on the year. The Red Elephants host Shiloh (Snellville, GA) to clash with the Generals in a 6A Area 8 game on Monday, April 15. The Generals go into the game with a record of 5-18. Shiloh lost 15-0 in their recent league game against North Forsyth (Cumming, GA)

The Longhorns (9-17) will now prepare for their game against Jackson County (Jefferson, GA). The Panthers go into the 6A Area 8 game with a 9-16 record.
