The Ringgold Tigers crushed the visiting LaFayette Ramblers baseball team by a count of 11-1 in Friday's league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 20-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gordon Lee for a 3A Area 6 bout on Tuesday, April 16. Ringgold will face a Trojans team coming off a 13-8 league loss to Ridgeland (Rossville, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 16-11.
Next, the Ramblers face the Ridgeland Panthers (Rossville, GA) in a 3A Area 6 bout, on Tuesday, April 16. LaFayette will attempt to move on its 9-16 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 12-10 record after their 13-8 league win over Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA).
