Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host West Hall Spartans (Oakwood, GA), 17-4 in a league test.

With the win, Wesleyan upgrades its record to 13-11 on the season. The Wolves travel to Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA) to battle the Indians in a 3A Area 7 test on Tuesday, April 16. The Indians come into the test with a record of 12-14. Lumpkin County lost 5-4 in their recent league test against Pickens (Jasper, GA)

With the defeat, West Hall falls to 7-19 on the season. The Spartans host Gilmer (Ellijay, GA) to battle the Bobcats in a 3A Area 7 test on Monday, April 15. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 12-13. Gilmer won 6-1 in their recent league test against White County (Cleveland, GA)
