Florida High School Volleyball - Wekiva over Jones

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Wekiva Mustangs (Apopka, FL) and the visiting Jones Fightin' Tigers (Orlando, FL), saw Wekiva's volleyball squad beat Jones by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Wekiva upgrades its record to 6-6 on the year. The Mustangs host Dr. Phillips (Orlando, FL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Dr. Phillips won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Orange (Winter Garden, FL)

The Fightin' Tigers now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Evans for a non-league bout on Monday, April 15. Jones will play a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Olympia (Orlando, FL). The Trojans record now stands at 0-6.
