The Westminster Lions volleyball team (Westminster, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Katella Knights (Anaheim, CA)

The Knights (7-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Whitney (Cerritos, CA). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 7-12 record. In their last challenge, Whitney defeated California Academy of Math & Science (Carson, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions encounter the Garden Grove Argonauts (Garden Grove, CA) in a Golden West bout, on Monday, April 15. Westminster will attempt to upgrade on its 5-18 season record. The Argonauts go into the bout with a 13-17 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Fullerton (Fullerton, CA).
