The Magnolia Science Academy Pirates topped the visiting Vista Meridian Meridian Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's league test.
The Pirates now have a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Avalon for a Express test on Monday, April 15. Magnolia Science Academy will confront a Lancers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Liberty Christian (Huntington Beach, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 16-10.
The Meridian Eagles (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Orangewood Academy (Garden Grove, CA). The Spartans enter the Express test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, Orangewood Academy gained a win over Bethel Baptist (Santa Ana, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
