Buckingham Charter Knights (Vacaville, CA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Trinity Prep Crusaders (Napa, CA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights confront the Sacramento Country Day Cavaliers (Sacramento, CA) in a SMAL challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Buckingham Charter will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to John Adams Academy (Roseville, CA).

The Crusaders now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rio Lindo Adventist for a challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Trinity Prep will confront a Spartans team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Cristo Rey De La Salle (Oakland, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-4.
