California High School Softball - Sultana bounces Burroughs

Spectators at Friday's league match between the Sultana Sultans (Hesperia, CA) and the host Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA), witnessed Sultana's softball squad tip Burroughs by a count of 14-10.

The Sultans now sport a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Oak Hills for a match on Wednesday, April 17. Sultana will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-9 league Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Burroughs moves to 3-7 on the season. The Burros host Hesperia (Hesperia, CA) to face the Scorpions in a match on Wednesday, April 17. The Scorpions go into the match with a record of 0-7. Hesperia lost 28-16 in their recent league match against Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA)
