In Friday's non-league contest, the Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM), by a margin of 18-4.
With the triumph, Goddard moves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Rockets travel to Artesia (Artesia, NM) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 16. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 2-2.
