Andover Golden Warriors (Andover, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Chelmsford Lions (North Chelmsford, MA), 14-7 in a league test.
The Golden Warriors now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. John's Prep for a non-league test on Thursday, April 18.
In their next game, the Lions face the Methuen Rangers (Methuen, MA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 15. Chelmsford will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Rangers come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 12-2 league loss to Dracut (Dracut, MA).
