Pearl River Pirates (Pearl River, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY), 10-9 in a non-league test.

The Pirates now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Tappan Zee for a non-league test on Friday, April 12. Pearl River will face a Dutchmen squad coming off a 15-3 league win over Clarkstown North (New City, NY). The Dutchmen record now stands at 5-1.

In their next game, the Mounties face the Pearl River Pirates (Pearl River, NY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 13. Suffern will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
