South Carolina High School Softball - Bluffton topped by James Island

The James Island Trojans softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Bluffton Bobcats to 1 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, James Island moves its record to 9-4 on the year. The Trojans travel to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC) to clash with the Landsharks in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 16. The Landsharks come into the game with a record of 11-6.

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC) in a AAAA Region 7 game, on Monday, April 22. Bluffton will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record.
