Spectators at Friday's league match between the West-Oak Warriors (Westminster, SC) and the visiting Crescent Tigers (Iva, SC), witnessed West-Oak's softball squad tip Crescent by a count of 11-10.

The Warriors now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Landrum for a non-league match on Saturday, April 13. West-Oak will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Crescent moves to 11-4 on the season. The Tigers host Daniel (Central, SC) to meet the Lions in a AAA Region 1 match on Tuesday, April 16. The Lions go into the match with a record of 10-8.
