California High School Softball - East Bakersfield bounces Foothill

The East Bakersfield Blades (Bakersfield, CA) softball routed the host Foothill Trojans (Bakersfield, CA), 15-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Blades (8-10) will now prepare for their bout against Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA). The Warriors go into the South Yosemite Mountain bout with a 12-6 record. In their last bout, Tehachapi notched a victory over South (Bakersfield, CA), 10-4, in a league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Del Oro for a South Yosemite Horizon bout on Wednesday, April 17. Foothill will confront a Suns squad coming off a 18-3 league loss to Arvin (Arvin, CA). The Suns record now stands at 0-8.
