Spectators at Friday's league match between the Orange Vista Coyotes (Perris, CA) and the host JW North Huskies (Riverside, CA), witnessed Orange Vista's softball squad tip JW North by a count of 10-7.

The Coyotes now sport a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Elsinore for a Sunbelt match on Monday, April 15. Orange Vista will face a Tigers squad coming off a 10-3 league loss to Paloma Valley (Menifee, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, JW North moves to 12-12 on the season. The Huskies host Lakeside (Lake Elsinore, CA) to face the Lancers in a Sunbelt match on Tuesday, April 16. The Lancers go into the match with a record of 5-12.
