San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA), 13-3 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they host Eagle Rock for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. San Fernando will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 11-3 league win over Wilson (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Sylmar falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Spartans host Panorama (Panorama City, CA) to battle the Pythons in a Valley Mission challenge on Monday, April 15. The Pythons enter the challenge with a record of 2-6. Panorama lost 21-6 in their recent league challenge against Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA)
