In Saturday's non-league bout, the DeLaSalle Islanders (Minneapolis, MN) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Blake Bears (Minneapolis, MN), by a score of 20-12.

Next up, the Islanders encounter the Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN) in a Tri-Metro bout, on Monday, April 14. DeLaSalle will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 12-5 league loss to St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN).
