In Saturday's league bout, the Piedmont Wildcats (Piedmont, OK) baseball squad the host Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK), by a tally of 13-9.
Next up, the Wildcats encounter the Eisenhower Eagles (Lawton, OK) in a 6A District 1 bout, on Monday, April 14. Piedmont will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 5-13 record after their 10-4 non-league win over Comanche (Comanche, OK).
The Yellowjackets (15-5) will now prepare for their bout against Deer Creek (Edmond, OK). The Antlers enter the 6A District 1 bout with a 8-10 record. In their last bout, Deer Creek edged Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK), 9-7, in a non-league bout.
