The DeMatha Stags baseball squad (Hyattsville, MD), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Saturday's league contest with the host St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC)
With the triumph, St. John's moves its record to 18-1 on the season. The Cadets travel to Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD) to confront the Falcons in a Washington Catholic contest on Tuesday, April 15. The Falcons come into the contest with a record of 13-5. Our Lady of Good Counsel lost 12-0 in their recent league contest against Paul VI (Chantilly, VA)
The Stags now possess a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paul VI for a Washington Catholic contest on Tuesday, April 15. DeMatha will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 16-4.
