Missouri High School Baseball - Fort Zumwalt East holds off Wright City

The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Fort Zumwalt East Lions (St. Peters, MO) and the visiting Wright City Wildcats (Wright City, MO), saw Fort Zumwalt East's baseball team gain a win over Wright City by a tally of 13-9.
The Lions (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Washington (Washington, MO). The Bluejays enter the non-league battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Washington was overwhelmed by Fort Zumwalt West (O'Fallon, MO), 8-7, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wildcats face the Louisiana Bulldogs (Louisiana, MO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Wright City will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Elsberry (Elsberry, MO).
