The Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) baseball trounced the host Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM), 13-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Huskies now own a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Del Norte for a 4A District 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 15. Hope Christian will clash with a Knights team coming off a 14-2 league loss to Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Knights record now stands at 1-12.
With the defeat, Highland drops to 3-11 on the year. The Hornets host St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Sartans in a 4A District 5 challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Sartans go into the challenge with a record of 10-11. St. Pius X lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM)
