The Southwest Christian School Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) baseball got by the visiting Trinity Christian Lions (Lubbock, TX), 5-4 in Saturday's league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 19-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to All Saints for a TAPPS Division II District 1 challenge on Wednesday, April 16. Southwest Christian School will clash with a Saints team coming off a 4-2 league win over Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX). The Saints record now stands at 11-3.
With the defeat, Trinity Christian drops to 18-10 on the year. The Lions travel to Midland Christian (Midland, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a TAPPS Division II District 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 13-16. Midland Christian lost 16-1 in their recent non-league challenge against San Jacinto Christian Academy (Amarillo, TX)
