In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Archbishop McNicholas Rockets volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish.

The Rockets (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH). The Stallions enter the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, St. Francis DeSales was beaten by St. Charles (Columbus, OH), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Irish meet the Mt. Vernon Yellowjackets (Mt. Vernon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. St. Vincent-St. Mary will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH).
