In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting University Prep Value Wolves volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Bishop Amat Lancers.

The Wolves (12-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilson (Los Angeles, CA). The Mules enter the non-league challenge with a 15-6 record. In their last challenge, Wilson got by Franklin (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lancers meet the La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA) in a Del Rey challenge, on Tuesday, April 15. Bishop Amat will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The Lancers enter the challenge with a 28-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA).
