Michigan High School Baseball - Monroe defeats Bedford

The Monroe Trojans baseball team scored 6 runs and held the visiting Bedford Kicking Mules to 1 in the Trojans non-league win on Saturday.

The Trojans now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dexter for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. Monroe will play a Dreadnaughts team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Howell (Howell, MI). The Dreadnaughts record now stands at 5-2.

With the defeat, Bedford drops to 7-1 on the year. The Kicking mules host Saline (Saline, MI) to play the Hornets in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 2-0.
