Ohio High School Baseball - Firestone loses to Chippewa

Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Firestone Falcons (Akron, OH), 14-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Chippewa moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Chipps travel to Norwayne (Creston, OH) to confront the Bobcats in a match on Tuesday, April 15. The Bobcats come into the match with a record of 0-0.

The Falcons now possess a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Copley for a non-league match on Monday, April 14. Firestone will confront a Indians squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH). The Indians record now stands at 2-2.
