The Willow Glen Rams (San Jose, CA) baseball trounced the visiting Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA), 12-5 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Rams now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leigh for a challenge on Wednesday, April 16. Willow Glen will clash with a Longhorns team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Soquel (Soquel, CA). The Longhorns record now stands at 12-1.
With the defeat, Piedmont Hills drops to 3-4 on the year. The Pirates host Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 13-2.
