In Saturday's non-league bout, the Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI), by a tally of 16-4.
Next up, the Spartans encounter the Franklin Patriots (Livonia, MI) in a bout, on Monday, April 14. Stevenson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Patriots enter the bout with a 5-2 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Kettering (Waterford, MI).
The Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Lakeland (White Lake, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Lakeland was overwhelmed by Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
