With the triumph, Eastwood upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Troopers host Montwood (El Paso, TX) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 15. The Rams enter the game with a record of 4-4.

The Thunderbirds now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Socorro for a game on Tuesday, April 15. Coronado will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 18-3 league win over Pebble Hills (El Paso, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 19-0.
