The Golden West Trailblazers (Visalia, CA) softball routed the host Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA), 16-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Trailblazers now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Kingsburg for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 14. Golden West will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Caruthers (Caruthers, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 15-3.
The Pioneers (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Reedley was routed by Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
