In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-9 triumph over the Green Bulldogs.

The Royals (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Shaker Heights Red Raiders (Shaker Heights, OH) in a Region 2 contest, on Tuesday, April 15. Green will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Red Raiders go into the contest with a 5-1 record after their 9-5 non-league win over Gilmour Academy (Gates Mills, OH).
