In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Hokes Bluff Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Talladega Tigers.
The Eagles (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Blue Devils go into the 4A Area 6 outing with a 2-11 record.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL) in a 4A Area 5 outing, on Tuesday, April 15. Talladega will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Tigers go into the outing with a 6-11 record after their 9-0 league win over Anniston (Anniston, AL).
